This readme file describes the supplementary material that accompanies the article "Organizing the Global Value Chain", Econometrica. These will enable you to replicate the Tables and Figures that are reported, both in the main paper and in the Supplementary Appendix.

Programs (do files) were written in Stata 11.

The do files titled "TableX", where X runs from 1 to 10, will enable you to reproduce the corresponding tables from the main paper.

The do files titled "Figure1" and "Figure4", will allow you to reproduce Figures 1 and 4 respectively. Note that Figure 1 is plotted in excel (attached) based on summary statistics from Figure1.do.

The do files titled "AppTableX", where X runs from 1 to 10, generate the corresponding Appendix Tables.

The do files titled "AppFigure1" and "AppFigure2" generate the corresponding Appendix Figures.

Details on the construction of the respective variables can be found in the main paper, as well as in the Data Appendix that accompanies the main paper.
